Nadine was awesome! I talked to 2 or 3 other agents before her who did nothing. After my first conversation with Nadine, the ball got rolling. Nadine inspected the property, told me what was needed, got a survey, and guided me each step of the way. She helped me address the buyers many demands and negotiate the sales price.
